This Year:

Proposals will be linked to your account and you will be able to update/edit your proposal information until the deadline date.

Presentations will last one hour.

Presenters must be registered to attend the conference and have paid their registration fees. If multiple people are presenting on a topic, please make sure that everyone has registered.

Proposals will be reviewed and selected to provide a balance of topics.

Notification of acceptance of workshop proposals have been made.

Each room will have an overhead projector and screen.

Presenters are responsible for any other equipment necessary for their presentation.

Due to the complex nature of the computer systems and the prohibitive cost of LCD projectors, presenters who wish to use these pieces of equipment should bring their own.

All rooms will be set up theater style.
