Presentation Proposals
- Basic Information
Proposals will be linked to your account and you will be able to update/edit your proposal information until the deadline date.
There will be no edits to your proposal by VESA. It will appear as submitted in the program.
We are now accepting proposals online.
Most presentation sessions will last an hour. Session D will only be 45 minutes. Please indicate your preference in your proposal.
Presenters must be registered to attend the conference and have paid their registration fees. If multiple people are presenting on a topic, each presenter must register and pay for the conference.

The deadline for submitting a proposal has been extended to January 9, 2012.
Presenters should be experienced professionals.
Proposals will be reviewed and selected to provide a balance of topics.
Notification of acceptance of workshop proposals will be sent by email.
- Presenter Information

Indicate if you need an overhead projector.
Presenters are responsible for any other equipment necessary for their presentation.
Due to the complex nature of the computer systems and the prohibitive cost of LCD projectors, presenters who wish to use these pieces of equipment should bring their own.
All rooms will be set up theater style.
