This is the 8th year that VESA will offer scholarships.

Scholarship amounts are to be determined.

Scholarships will be awarded to LEP students who are planning to continue their studies at an institute of higher learning.

ESL Teachers are encouraged to assist LEP students in gathering the required documents for the application.

All sections of the application must be complete for consideration.

Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Students must also have been enrolled in an ESL class at some point during their high school career.

The deadline for submitting a 2010 VESA Scholarship Application was April 16, 2010.

Due to the large number of applications submitted in the past, the committee will not be able to follow-up on applications that are missing information.

The committee hopes to announce scholarship winners by April 30, 2010.

We are no longer accepting Scholarship Applications.
